NOTE: You will need access to System and Configuration to make changes.
Go to System and Configuration
In the Configuration window choose System tab and Legal again
Make the changes in the Disclaimer and Disclaimer Brief boxes and Save the record
The setting is a setting across the database and will be applied everywhere once changed and saved
