Go to Person>Find Person
Once the contact record is open on the right hand side ensure that the Intention is set to Rent. You will then see a column for Guarantor.
If the Guarantor is already in Live you can use the Find button. Click New to add the Guarantor into Live, this is the same as creating a person record but with less information on the profile.
Once the Guarantor has been added click Save.
