If you are having issues printing from Live, but other programs on your computer are printing fine, you may need to remove the printer preferences in VebraLive.
Once removed, Vebra will automatically search for a printer on the network and connect to that printer.
As a first step resolving your printing problems:
- Exit Live
- Open the Search bar at the bottom of your computer and search for locprint.txt
- Delete or rename either
- C:\psglive\local\locprint.txt if running Vebra Live
- C:\encore\local\locprint.txt if running Encore Live
- Try printing again
