Histories

Person removed from a property

When a landlord or tenant is removed from a property, an entry is made in the history log which includes the landlord or tenant name, when they were removed and who removed them.

Searching emails

When searching emails on a property or person history it is now possible to search on the ‘to’, ‘subject’ and the body of the email.

Property notice served

On the property event ‘notice served’ the ‘property available from’ date is no longer mandatory.

If dates are added in the tenant leaving or available date then these are recorded in the property history.

Printing histories

Previously, when printing person or property record histories, this would be limited to a single page. Now multiple page histories are printed out in full.

To do list

Red flag checkbox

The To do List now has additional columns which include the created date, days open and a ‘red flag’ checkbox. Filters have also been added for complete/incomplete, date created and if ‘red’ flagged.

Improvements

Market appraisal duplicate check

When adding a new market appraisal the system checks for existing person records, under some circumstances the existing person record would not populate into the market appraisal which has now been rectified.

Uploading auction properties

The option to upload repossessed properties as ‘For auction’ rather than available until they became exchanged or completed is now only applied to new repossessed auction properties and not to properties uploaded at a previous date.

Performance

The speed of loading data has been improved in the following areas

    • When matching/loading people or property groups
    • When loading follow ups
    • When loading a sale chain
    • When loading an email from history
