Go to Main Menu>Property>Find Market Appraisal.
Select Fall-through from the Status dropdown.
Insert any part of the address and adjust the date range.
Click on Search.
From the list of properties, double-click on the property you wish to instruct.
Click on Instruct at the top of the screen.
Enter notes.
Click on Save.
