NOTE: This is a very rare problem for which the solution is very straightforward but we have never managed to recreate it or determine the root cause to permanently avoid it. The following will give you access to your system
1.Once Live is closed go to Computer or File Explorer on your machine and double click on the C: drive
2. Go to the appropriate folder - PSGLive (for Vebra Live) or Encore (for Encore Live)
3. Open the local folder and delete the lastlogin.txt file
4. Log into Live and choose your Office and Name and it should work normally
