Go to Property, Find Property, enter any part of the address and click on Search.
Click on Event>Sale Progression>Withdraw purchaser.
Change the status of the property if needed.
Relevant letters will automatically re-run. If they do not, click on Event>Letters and select the letter you wish to run.
