How Do I See Outstanding Viewings?

Go to Main Menu>Follow up>Follow up.

Tick Display viewings to confirm.

Double-click on the relevant viewing.

Go to Main Menu>Diary>Diary.

Unconfirmed viewings are shown with a yellow triangle.

Double-click on the viewing to open.
