Reports are classified in terms of their increasing business sensitivity with Level 1 being the least sensitive and Level 3 being the most. Access to reports varies from None (no access) to Level 3 (access to all reports). There is the ability to further restrict or allow access to reports - regardless of an individual's level - from within the Access section of the Reports area by specifying specific users who can access specific reports

Go to System>Users

Choose the user whose report access level you wish to change

Choose the appropriate level from the Reports level drop down menu and which office(s) it refers to in the Access Control drop down menu

Save the record
