Question:
How do I change the price deviation for the office? Price deviations are applied above and below the absolute prices of properties. So, for example, if the price deviation is set to 10% then an applicant looking from £250,000 to £300,000 will be sent properties in a range of £225,000 to £330,000
Solution:
There is no way to set an overall Office price deviation across all properties and applicants, it is set via the Criteria button on the Matching window
To change the price deviation match from either a property or an applicant and choose the Criteria button.
From here you can choose the criteria on which you want to match
NOTE: Once you save the criteria they will be applied to all future matches until you make an alteration to the criteria. It is worth remembering this if you make a specific change to widen or narrow a match on a specific property or applicant - it will apply those same specific changes to future matches which may produce unexpected results
