Go to Property, Find Property, enter any part of the address and click on Search.
From the list of properties, double-click on the property you wish to amend.
Click on Event, Rental progression.
Or
From the main menu, click on Follow Up, Follow Up, tick Display sales and Let agreed/let marketing.
From the list of properties, double-click on the property you wish to amend.
Enter a Review date, Tenancy start date and Tenancy end date.
Enter any other information necessary.
Tick the relevant boxes in Landlord let progress or Tenant let progress. This will add today’s date, change if necessary.
Click on Save.
