Go to Main Menu>Property>Find Market Appraisal.
Insert any part of the address and adjust the date range.
Or
Go to Main Menu>Follow Up>Follow Up.
Tick Market Appraisals to follow up.
From the list of properties, double-click on the property you wish to mark as fallen-through.
Click on Fall-Through at the top of the screen.
Enter notes.
Click on Save.
