Many companies that deal with repossessions insist that the property is kept fully available until exchange. How can I set up my system to do this?
NOTE: You will need access to System and Configuration to make changes.
1. Go to System and Configuration
2. In the Configuration window choose Office tab and Portals
3. Tick the Class repossessions as available until exchange in Upload options and Details Options and Save the record
4. Changing the repossessions setting needs to be modified by Support. Send an email with your Company and branch(es) name(s) to Support so they can enable this
