Instruct a Market Appraisal
Go to Property>Find Market Appraisal.
Insert any part of the address and adjust the date range.
Or
Go to Follow Up>Follow Up.
Tick Display Market Appraisals to follow up.
Find the property from the list.
Click on Instruct at the top of the screen.
Enter notes.
Click on Save.
