Go to Property> Find Property, enter the address and click Search.
Next to the images there is a Scroll Bar, Double Click.
The images should appear in the LAN and WAN colums. There should also be dates showing in the Media Track.
If this information is missing go to Agency Info. Next to Last Upload there is a Backdate button. Click this and then press OK.
This will then reupload all of the property information to us, which is then transferred to the relevant portals you upload to.
