From the main menu, click on Adverts, Layout.
Select the date, publication and stencil from the dropdowns.
Select the group of properties you wish to advertise from the Source dropdown.
Click and drag properties to available spaces on the stencil.
Or
Click on Auto fill.
To amend the positions of the properties, click and drag them.
To remove a property from the stencil, click and drag it back to the list of properties.
When you have finished designing the advert, click on Preview.
If the advert is correct, click on Save.
To send the advert to the publication, click on Produce.
Click on Yes at the prompt.
