Go to Property, Find Property, enter any part of the address and click on Search.
From the list of properties, double-click on the property you wish to amend.
Click on Event, Rental progression.
Or
From the main menu, click on Follow Up, Follow Up, tick Display sales and Let agreed/let marketing.
From the list of properties, double-click on the property you wish to amend.
Click on Withdraw Landlord(s).
Or
Click on Withdraw Tenant(s).
Enter notes.
Click on Save.
The property status will revert to Available.
