Go to Person>Find Person, enter any part of a person’s name or address and click on Search.
Click on Event> Offer Made.
Click on Find and add any part of the property address.
Click on Search.
From the list, double click on the relevant property.
Enter the offer amount and any other information about the offer.
Click on Save.
