NOTE: You will need access to System and Configuration to make changes.
1.Go to System and Configuration
2.In the Configuration window choose Office tab and Configuration
3. Choose Address on internet in the Address format and choose what aspects of the address you want to show on the internet. This will not affect the way the address appears on screen or details or vendor reports as they are distinct
4. Save the record
