This was introduced some while back and allows agents to provide information to their own website or specific portals at different times after a property is first made available.
NOTE: You will need access to System and Configuration to make changes. The delay only applies when the property is first made available
1. Go to System and Configuration
2. In the Configuration window choose Office tab and Portals
3. A list of all the portal feeds that are set up for the office are listed here
4. Any portals you wish to set a default delay can be set. Note: The setting is in hours
5. Save the record
5. The default can be overridden on specific properties by going to the Portal tab at the bottom of the record for the specific property
