Go to Property>Find Property, enter any part of the address and click on Search.
Click on Output.
From the Stencil drop down, select required brochure.
From the Print to dropdown, select Send to Adobe Reader, click Submit.
If the brochure is the one you wish to have as the default brochure for the property click on Set as default stencil for the property.
To email this to the Vendor click on Event, Details To Vendor.
Enter notes and click on Save.
This will also prompt to send a letter to the vendor. Go back to Output, change the media to Email, enter the vendors email address, a message and click on Submit.
