Make sure that the new negotiator has been added to Users - How To Add A New User
To change properties to the new negotiator:
Go to Property>Create group of properties and select the negotiator you are transferring properties from. Select which properties you want to transfer (eg Available, under offer etc) and Search
Check that the list is correct. You can Discard any records that you do not want to transfer
Choose Action>Neg change and choose the Office and User that you want to reallocate the properties to
Click Save to complete the process
To change applicants to the new negotiator:
Go to Person>Create group of people and select the negotiator you are transferring applicants from. Select which applicants you want to transfer and Search

Choose Action>Neg change and choose the Office and User that you want to reallocate the applicants to
