Question:
If the exporter is set to run automatically I can't see an icon that it is running. How can I check?
Solution:

1. When the Exporter is running automatically and the window is closed by clicking on the 'x' in the top corner it minimises the exporter rather than closing it
2. On the machine click on the System Tray (bottom right of the machine near the clock) and the Exporter will be running minimised in the System tray
3. Right click on the icon and you have the option to restore it at which point it will appear. There is also the option to fully exit and close the exporter from here
