There is now a Self Serve Webpage which Contacts can change their Consent Preferences.

All Client Contact emails will automatically be appended with a link below the footer that the Client can use to control these communications via a self-serve webpage:

When the Client clicks on this link they will be presented with a webpage. This webpage will show their current preferences (ticked = consented, no tick = either Denied or Unknown consent). The Client can update these as they wish:

When the Client uses the Update my preferences button, they will see a confirmation message:

 

These changes are immediately written back into the Contact record and the ‘Updated By’ field will be say ‘Preference Email’.
