Go To Main Menu>Follow up>Marketing Follow Up.
Change the time frame from the dropdown if required.
The names are listed on the left hand side.
Click on a name.
Properties they have had information on will be listed.
Double-click on the relevant property.
Enter Comments.
Click on Followed up.
