How Do I Set Up TAPI?
Solution:
The TAPI drivers will need installing on each of the machines you require the TAPI service on, this is something your IT will be able to assist with.
NOTE: The TAPI driver must be configured to talk directly to the phone system hardware (pbx), not through any other 3rd party software lying in between the machine and the phone system.
Once this has been set up we can get this configured. You will need to contact us to ensure that this is set up correctly.
