How Do I Delete People In Bulk?
Solution:
Firstly you need to create a group based on the criteria you have set. You cannot reverse this action.
Go to Person>Quick People Group
Tick your group and click Select.
Click Action> Archive
Confirm you want Archive the group by clicking Yes.
You will be prompted with information on how many people you will be archiving.
A message will then appear advising on its success and who has or has not been removed. Click OK.
You will then have to change your group to your archived people.
Go to Person>Create A Group Of People
On the drop down select your group.
Use the archive filter
Then click Save on your group and then click Search.
Go to Action and click Delete data
You will see a warning asking you to confirm the deletion. Click Yes.
Another warning will then appear.
You cannot reverse this action. If in doubt click No or Cancel.
