My Postcode Software Is Not Working Correctly, Why Is This?

With the recent change to the post code software and license is now assigned per user. If someone has been allocated a license in error this can be changed for the correct user to pick up.

Go to System> Tools> Postcode licensing

You can then log in with your username and password.

You will see your Company, Office, Firm ID, Branch ID and the number of Postcode Licences. There is also a list off all the users of Live and a tick box with the person who is allocated the licence.

Select the user, then click Revoke.

Then find the person who should be allocated the license, select the user and click Allocate.

Click Yes to confirm the license change. Close Live down and then log back in, the license will be assigned to the correct user.
