Go to Actions>Import Portal Leads
Click Get Leads
There will then be a list of people who have sent you leads appear. You will see their name, their address and also their status.
- Means that the person is already registered in Live. Its based this on the fact the email address, name and contact number match.
- Means that this person is not registered on Live.
- Means the person could be registered but some of the contact information doesn't match.
You can individually select the people you want to import, or you can click onto Select All. Then click Import Lead.
If there are leads listed which need deleting, select these and press Delete, the leads will then be removed.
