Go to Property, find the property and click the Documents tab.
If a Full or Public PDF has been added to a property and needs to be removed then it needs to be removed from the Documents tab rather than the EPC tab of the Property.
The EPC will either be called Public energy efficiency assessment or Energy efficiency assessment.
Highlight the one to be deleted and click delete.
